ACCOMPLISHED THIS WEEK

• Finished forming wall pockets and stone veneer ledge.
• Poured concrete walls.
• Striped concrete wall forms.

NEXT WEEK

• Install perimeter insulation.
• Start final grading the crawl space, mechanical room and Connector floors.

SCHEDULED.

• Finish final grading the crawl space, mechanical room and Connector floors.
• Install floor slab insulation and vapor barrier.
• Pour the concrete “rat” slab, mechanical room slab and Connector slab.
• Repair/replace floor beams and floor joists per architect’s details.
• Building to be lowered once the concrete walls have cured and the floor joist system repairs are completed. (July)
