TOWN HALL PROJECT UPDATE – WEEK 31

ACCOMPLISHED THIS WEEK

• Finished roofing at Mechanical Room and flat area over Library extension.
• Insulated Connector.
• Regraded around buildings.
• Removed blacktop and regraded parking lot. (see picture)
• Installed on-demand HWH and manifold piping. (see picture)

NEXT WEEK

• Complete Connector electric rough-ins.
• Install drywall in Connector.
• Install underground conduit for future generator.
• Install loam on disturbed areas.
• Install new walls at old Safe area.

SCHEDULED.

• Parking lot and N. Wilmot Road paving scheduled for October 28^th & 29^th.  Road closure possible.
• Connector flooring (November 11^th – 13th)
• NOTICE: The electrical contractor was not responding to scheduling needs and has been replaced. Therefore, the restrooms will not be completed for the upcoming November 5^th election. The temporary restrooms will remain.
