TOWN HALL PROJECT UPDATE – WEEK 20
ACCOMPLISHED THIS WEEK
- Reinstallation of restored windows finished.
- New Electric meter installed. Electric service now restored to Town Hall.
- Lifting beam pockets in foundation formed and ready for infill concrete. (see picture)
- Beams around the old Safe replaced. (see picture)
NEXT WEEK
- Connector floor area will be graded and insulated in preparation for the concrete floor slab.
- Pour. lifting beam pockets.
- Exterior grades will be established, and Town Hall front door slab formed.
SCHEDULED.
- Pour Connector floor.
- Install Connector framing and Library roof tie-in.
- Reinstall Town Hall furnaces.
- Refinish Town Hall floor.
NOTE: As planned, the Town Hall and Creativity Lab should be ready to be used for the September 10th Primary Election. However, the Connector finishes will not be completed at that time, therefore Portable restrooms will be available for Poll workers and Library staff use.
