TOWN HALL PROJECT UPDATE – WEEK 12

ACCOMPLISHED THIS WEEK

• Finished final grading in mechanical room floor.
• Finished installing floor beam support columns.
• Installed crawl space sump pump and piping.
• Installed crawl space floor vapor barrier and insulation.

NEXT WEEK

• Install underfloor plumbing piping in Connector.
• Final grade Connector Room floor and install under-slab insulation.
• Start forming and other preparations for concrete floor pours.
• Move Library shelving and layout new pathway to the Connector.  

SCHEDULED.

• Pour the concrete “rat” slab, mechanical room slab and Connector slab.
• Repair/replace floor beams and floor joists per architect’s details.
• Building to be lowered once the concrete walls have cured and the floor joist system repairs are completed. (July)
• Install Connector framing and Library roof tie-in. (August)
• Refinish Town Hall floor. (late August)
