Wilmot Supervisors of the Checklist Public Session Tuesday, June 2, 7-7:30 p.m.

This event is for change of party and additions/corrections to the checklist.

Note new/updated location:

Wilmot Town Hall, 9 North Wilmot Road, Wilmot

This is the last day for registered voters to change or declare party affiliation until after the September 8, 2020 State Primary Election.  Party changes do not need to be made in person due Executive Order #43; instead, voters may use the new “Application to Change Party Affiliation” form available on the Secretary of State’s website (sos.nh.gov), from the Wilmot Town Clerk (phone: 603 526-9639, email: wilmot_tc@wilmotnh.org), and HERE.

These completed forms can be returned via US mail to the Wilmot Town Clerk, PO Box 94, Wilmot NH 03287, or may be placed in the designated drop box on the outside of the Wilmot Town Office (9 Kearsarge Valley Road).  Forms must be returned by 5 p.m. Tuesday, June 2, 2020.  Changes can also be made in person during the public session.

Voters can check their current status including party affiliation at app.sos.nh.gov/Public/PartyInfo.aspx.

As of May 22, voters can also check their status on the voter checklists posted in the Wilmot Post Office (60 Village Road, Wilmot) and in the foyer of the Wilmot Community Association building (64 Village Road, Wilmot).

New Voter Registration Applications may be obtained and completed in person during the public session, or by appointment with the Wilmot Town Clerk (phone: 603 526-9639, email: wilmot_tc@wilmotnh.org).

Bring proof of identity, age, citizenship, and residence/domicile. Affidavits are available for qualified voters without necessary form(s) of proof.

Please wear a mask and observe social distancing.
