The Wilmot Town Hall Building Committee is looking for a general contractor/construction manager interested in working on the Town Hall Renovation Project. Project execution will start late March 2023 with a completion date of January 2024.
The project Feasibility Study, project description, schedule, current drawings and scopes of work can be found on the Town website. (Town Hall Project tab)
All interested parties are asked to fill out the Intent to Bid Form (on Town Hall Project tab) and return it to the Town Administrator before January 6, 2023.
