The Wilmot Town Hall Building Committee is looking for architects interested in working on the Town Hall Renovation Project. Seeking companies with historic restoration experience and familiarity with LCHIP requirements. Deliverables include finalizing the construction documents, including prints and specifications, Federal, State and Local code reviews including, but not limited to, ADA, IBC, and NFPA.
