Applicants Jeffrey and Alison Gill are requesting a subdivision (lot line adjustment) on subject property known as Map 3 Lot 10 Breezy Hill Road to Map 1 Lot 25 at 162 Breezy Hill Road.  The subject property Map 3 Lot 10 is owned by Richard Currier of 505 School Street, Route 9, Berwick, ME 03901.  162 Breezy Hill Road is owned by Jeffrey and Alison Gill.

The Public Hearing is scheduled for Monday, December 4, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. at the Wilmot Town Office, 9 Kearsarge Valley Road, Wilmot, NH 03287.  The application is available for public viewing at the Wilmot Town Office during regular business hours.
