Regional impact ZBA public hearing – November 8

The Hillsborough Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a hearing for a variance from 229-75 B “Use Districts” to allow a telecommunications facility in the Village Residential Zone and a variance from the 229 Attachment 2 “Lot Area and Frontage Requirements” to allow commercial use on a property with less than 200 feet of frontage. The application is submitted by Vertex Tower Assets LLC on behalf of Dascomb Associates. The property is located on Dascomb Road (Map 11P Lot 191) in the Village Residential Zone.
