General Description of the Proposal:
Blue Water Storage LLC is requesting approval for a site plan review on subject property known as Map 11 Lot 44 Parcel 2 located at 28 Ridgewood Drive, Wilmot. The applicant proposes to build five self-storage-unit buildings. The property is in the Commercial District. The subject property is owned by Blue Water Storage LLC.
The Public Hearing is scheduled for
Thursday, November 18 at 6:30 p.m.
at the Wilmot Town Offices, 9 Kearsarge Valley Road and via Zoom 869 9222 1379.
