Notice of Public Hearing – March 3

The Wilmot Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, March 3 at 7 p.m. at the Wilmot Town Office, located at 9 Kearsarge Valley Road.

Matthew Conway would purchase 78 Pancake Street (Tax Map Parcel #012-009-0005) in order to store arborist/landscaping vehicles. The parcel is presently owned by Jeffrey Sanborn, who has operated Blackwater Autobody as a legal non-conforming use there since 1976.  Conway is seeking a variance to continue commercial use of the property in a residential zone. The Town received the application on February 4, 2020.
