John and Sarah O’Connor are requesting approval for a subdivision and voluntary merger at 276 Kearsarge Mountain Road (013-058-0003). The applicant proposes to subdivide 013-058-0003 and annex a portion of it to -0002 and -0001, which will all become one lot. The property is in the Residential District. The subject property is owned by Winslow River Properties.
