General Description of the Proposal:

Matt Conway is requesting a site plan review for a new non-conforming use, parking landscaping vehicles and equipment, at the subject property known as Map 12 Lot 9 Parcel 5 located at 78 Pancake Street.  Property is in Residential District. The subject property is owned by Jeffrey and Bonnie Sanborn of 74 Pancake Street.

The continued Public Hearing is scheduled to resume on April 20, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. online at  Copies of the proposed plans are available upon request at or by calling 603-526-4802.
