Founded in 1963, the Wilmot Community Association (WCA) is a private not-for-profit, 501 (c) (3) charitable organization, open to all. The WCA owns and maintains two facilities: the Red Barn, a community center on Village Road, and Timothy Patten Park, a beach and playground on Shindagan Road. The organization is financed by membership dues, rental fees, fund-raising events, and donations. The WCA’s office is in the Red Barn, 64 Village Road, Wilmot.

The WCA brings neighbors together by providing the facilities for educational, social and recreational activities in Wilmot.

Although independent of the Town, the WCA collaborates with the Wilmot Board of Selectmen and other Town organizations to foster a vibrant community spirit in Wilmot. See WCA’s website for more information.
