Community Power Plan committee meeting – Oct. 24

The committee is working on the text of plan that will form a municipal electric aggregation committee. As a member of the Community Power Coalition of New Hampshire, the Town of Wilmot will make decisions about where the residents’ electrical power comes from, but the power will continue to be distributed by NH Electric Cooperative and Eversource. The plan must go before town meeting for a vote in order to be adopted. The CPPC hopes to have a plan read for town meeting on March 8, 2023.

The committee will meet on Monday, October 24 at 7 p.m. at the Wilmot Town Offices, 9 Kearsarge Valley Road.

Town of Wilmot is inviting you to a scheduled Zoom meeting.
