Consisting of three elected members, the Trustees of the Wilmot Cemeteries are charged with oversight of the cemeteries, sale, and maintenance of grave lots, and coordination of interments. The Trustees operate in accordance with State statute, NH RSA 289. Any questions pertaining to burials, gravesites, historical cemetery documents, and the like, should be referred to the Wilmot Cemetery Trustees. The Trustees meet the 2nd Thursday of each month at 9:00 am in the Wilmot Town Offices, 9 Kearsarge Valley Road, Wilmot, NH 03287. Call to be put on the agenda.

There are a total of 10 publicly-owned cemeteries in Wilmot. All but one, Thompson Family Cemetery, are maintained by the town. Cemeteries open for burials on May 1 and close on November 1, weather permitting.

North Road Cemetery – Old North Road
Pine Hill Cemetery – Pine Hill Road – Plots available
Stearns Family Cemetery – Tewksbury Road*
Tewksbury Cemetery – Tewksbury Road*
Thompson Cemetery – Cross Hill Road
White’s Pond Cemetery – North Wilmot Road
*Tewksbury Road is a seasonally maintained road; it is not plowed by the town in the winter.
