New Business:
A public forum will be held on Thurs., Feb. 14, at 7 p.m. in the library (pending permission for use of building) to present the work done so far on the Conservation Plan. Ken will introduce the forum, explaining what the CP is and why towns have one. Geoff will outline the elements of the CP. Brian will display his maps. We will ask for input from those present as we continue work on this project. Janet will put an ad in the Shopper. She and John will provide light refreshments. Janet will check with the library for permission to use the space that night.
We will not mail a Newsletter but instead will use the Town Report as a way to update the townspeople on our activities. We could also create a hand-out for Town Meeting.
It was decided we should have a planning meeting prior to the 14th. See below.
Meeting adjourned at 8:30 p.m.
