Present: Chairman Ken Grossman, Vice-Chairman Brian Faughnan, Secretary Janet Howe, Geoff Lizotte, Selectman Ken Clarke, Alternate John Bowman.
Subject property: Russell Lunt property on Rte 4 - Map 8:19 and 19-1
The Commission met with engineer Gary Spaulding, land owner Russell Lunt, and excavator Bill Woodger at 3:30 on Wed., July 18. Questions which appear on the application form were answered by Mr. Spaulding. The road location and dual culvert locations were visited and discussed.
Motion was made, seconded, and passed unanimously to accept the plan with the two culverts as submitted. Ken Grossman will write a letter to accompany the application.
