The Wilmot Conservation Commission met on Monday, January 29, at 7 p.m. in the Town Office Building. Present: Ken Grossman, Chairman; Brian Faughnan, Vice-Chairman; Janet Howe, Secretary; Chris Wells. Also present: Ann Davis, Jeff Lizotte
The Commission met to vote on accepting the change to the proposed Warrant Article suggested by the Selectmen which would reflect the Selectmen’s wish to cap the money going into the Conservation Fund from the LUCT to $15,000 a year.
Motion was made, seconded, and unanimously approved to support the LUCT Warrant Article as amended by the Board of Selectmen to deposit up to an annual cap of $15,000 into the Conservation Fund.
At our next meeting, we will allow time to discuss the Warrant Article with anyone who has any questions about it.
