Reports:
Planning Board: Preliminary review of proposed subdivisions of Estrada property on Rte. 4A (Map 4:6—6-2) and Howe property on Rte 4. Input was received from the public on the Master Plan and the Board will consider the final document at their work session in 2 weeks.
Selectmen: Bob stated that the budget is almost finalized. He asked again if we could present clear goals and objectives for our use of the LUCT. He suggested we go forward with a petition if there is not time for a warrant article. The Con. Comm. will meet for a work session on Monday, January 15, at 7 p.m. to clarify our reasons for asking for their support for transferring the LUCT to the WCC Conservation Fund.

Motion was made, seconded and approved to authorize Brian to spend up to $150 on more copies of the NRI.

The Conservation Plan will be the subject of our February 11 meeting.
