The meeting was called to order at 6:00 pm with Chairman Thompson, Selectman Huntoon and Selectman Clarke in attendance.
The Board reviewed the preliminary survey plan of the transfer station site to be purchased by the town from May Jones. Noting corrections to be made the plan will be returned to Provan and Lorber for final submission.
The Board also reviewed and approved the Advertisement for Bids prepared by Holden Transportation Engineers for the construction of the Kearsarge Valley Road bridge.
The Board reviewed the need for employee evaluations and will conduct evaluations in July.
Recognizing that July 4th was a regular date for the transfer station to be open the Board voted to close the station for the holiday and post a notice to that effect.
In response to the need to walk the Wilmot Town boundary with the Town on Springfield the Board voted to ask John Morse to assist the Board and to coordinate a date for this with the Town of Springfield.
The next Selectmen’s meeting will be on June 20, 2007 at 6:00 pm.
The meeting adjourned at 7:00 pm.
