The meeting was called to order at 6:00pm with Chairman Thompson, Selectman Levengood, Selectman Morse and Administrative Assistant Rhonda Gauthier.
The minutes from the February 14, and February 28, 2007 meeting were reviewed, administrative assistant Gauthier made note of the changes and will provide a final copy for the Board to sign.
Accounts Payable and Payroll were approved.
Review of Correspondence:
? Holden Engineering sent a budget update letter for Kearsarge Valley Road Bridge. Selectmen Levengood made a motion to approve the amendment to the previous budget, Selectmen Morse second the motion. The vote was in favor of the amendment.
? Merrimack County sent a memo to inform the town of a public hearing on March 20, 2007 regarding budget updates.
· Concrete Systems Inc sent a quote to fix the Shindagan Road bridge. The Board will discuss it at next meeting.
· FEMA sent a confirmation of the approval of the Wilmot Hazard Mitigation Plan.
A building permit application was approved for Vadurro's on Old Winslow Road to build a new home.
A Notice of Intent to Cut Wood was signed by the Board for Todd Perkins on Quiet Cove Road.
The Board reviewed the building permit fees and agreed that they were much lower than all the surrounding towns and should be changed. The Board will update the planning board so changes can be made next year at town meeting.
A pole license/petition from TDS Telecom and NHEC was approved for Granite Hill.
The meeting concluded with Chairman Thompson and Selectman Levengood thanking Selectman John Morse for his hard work and dedication as a Board member.
The next Selectmen's meeting will be on March 28, 2007 at 6:00PM.
