The meeting was called to order at 6:00PM with Chairman Huntoon, Selectman Lee & Selectman Siranian in attendance.
The Payroll & Accounts Payable manifests were signed.
Correspondence received was reviewed.
Ann Marie & Townsend Thomas met with the Board to inform them that they decided not to subdivide the old "Chandler Farm". They are building one house on the property & will use the original house for storage until construction is complete. The Selectmen agreed that the house can be used for storage but all kitchen appliances are to be removed so it can not be used as a dwelling. The Thomas' are thinking they may ask the Fire Department to use the house for fire safety training in the near future.
The Board reviewed quotes from local printers & decided to use Brayshaw Printing in Warner. The report will look the same except that it will be bound like a book instead of staples. Also, the Warrant will be on different color paper to locate it more easily.
The Board reviewed an Intent to cut for Vadurra on Old Winslow Road for a 65-acre cut. The Board had questions about the cut being near steep slopes, culverts & causing erosion. The Board asked the Administrative Assistant to get the answers for them from the Department of Revenue & the Forest Ranger & they would sign it next Wednesday if recommended.
The Selectmen approved a Current Use application for Gibson on LaJoie Road.
A Building permit application was approved for Wilson on North Wilmot Road for a new home.
