The meeting was called to order at 6:00PM with Chairman Huntoon, Selectman Lee & Selectman Siranian in attendance.
The Payroll & Accounts Payable manifests were signed.
Correspondence received was reviewed.
Robert Levengood met with the Selectmen to show his interest in becoming Wilmot 's health officer. Mr. Levengood is presently the deputy health officer of Wilmot. The Selectmen unanimously agreed that Mr. Levengood will take over as the health officer after the Dept. of Health & Human Services are notified & send the Town the appropriate paperwork.
The Board approved a building permit application for Kozikowski on Cross Hill Road to build a 2 bay pole barn.
An Intent to Cut was approved for O'Connor on Wilmot Center Road.
Pole Plans were approved for Atwood Rd, Granite Hill Road & Tewksbury Road.
Road Agent Lee Ford met with the Board to discuss the paving of the
Town Offices parking lot. Mr. Ford will work on getting prices for the job. Selectman Lee offered to contact Mr. Barry at the DOT to ask if the Town could get help from the State with the Kearsarge Valley Road Bridge.
Sumner Woodward met with the Board to inform them that he is finished with Phase II of the Deerwood Subdivision. Mr. Woodward wanted to know the next step to take in order for the Town to accept his road as a Town Road. The Board agreed to contact Mr. Woodward after reviewing the Planning Board's recommendations & Wilmot's Road Design Standards. All proposed roads shall be designed & constructed to conform to the provisions of the Wilmot Road Design Standards, which are incorporated into the Town of Wilmot Subdivision Regulations.
