The meeting was called to order at 6:00PM with Chairman Huntoon, Selectman Lee & Selectman Siranian in attendance.
At 6:00 PM the Selectmen visited the Bean's property on Stonebridge Road to view the excavation area used for the Campground Road Bridge. Mr. and Mrs. Bean both were present. Although the reclamation was done as required, the Selectmen noticed several unregistered vehicles. The Beans will be notified that this is a violation of the Wilmot Zoning Ordinance.
The Payroll & Accounts Payable manifests were signed.
Correspondence received was reviewed.
Building permit applications were submitted & approved for Lapham on Kearsarge Valley Road for a dog run, Schwindler on Clark Road, & Weatherbee on Granite Hill Road for a deck.
The Selectmen signed current use tax releases for Gove/Atwood, Thompson & Norton.
The Board denied a barn easement application from the Thomas' on Kearsarge Mountain Road.
Jim Rayno & Dick Dumais met with the Board on behalf of the Master Plan Committee to get the Board's view of Wilmot's future.
Road Agent Ford met with the Board to discuss the perimeters of his extra help.
The Selectmen unanimously decided to proceed with a Public Hearing to decide whether or not to remove Jonathan Feins from the Planning Board. The hearing will be on November 10, 2004 at 7:00 PM at the Town Hall.
The Wilmot Learining Place will be extending the hours of operation. They will close at 3:00 PM Monday through Friday.
The Board was notified that the Lake Sunapee VNA has cancelled their flu clinics due to the lack of supply.
