The meeting was called to order at 6:00PM with Chairman Huntoon, Selectman Lee & Selectman Siranian in attendance.
The Payroll & Accounts Payable manifests were signed.
Correspondence received was reviewed.
Building permit applications were submitted & approved for Banjeree on Granite Hill Road for a new home & Mahoney on Jewell Road to finish a basement, add a bath & a porch.
Rosemary Chandler met with the Board to ask if she could remove half of her storage building & make some repairs instead of building a new building this year. The Selectmen approved her request.
The Selectmen approved 911#'s for Lemay on Atwood Road, Delia on Kearsarge Mt Road, Cuevas on Wilmot Center Road and Fitzgerald/Madden on N. Wilmot Road.
The Board reviewed a barn easement application from the Thomas' on Kearsarge Mt Road. The application was incomplete. The Board will review the application if it is complete at the October 6th Selectmen's Meeting.
The Selectmen agreed to have a yield sign on Grace Road for safety purposes.
The Board voted unanimously to allow the Wilmot Tax Collector to accept prepayments on property taxes.
The Selectmen spoke briefly about a Bridge opening ceremony to dedicate the new Campground Road Bridge. Some residents would like to celebrate it's opening. The Board will discuss this more at the October 6th Selectmen's Meeting.
The Board discussed Intents to Excavate. The Board will visit excavation sites to verify the compliance with the operational & reclamation standards of the RSA's. The Selectmen's Office will notify the owners of their visit. Bean's property on Shindagan Road will be visited on October 6, 2004 at 6PM.
