The meeting was called to order at 6:00PM with Chairman Huntoon, Selectman Lee & Selectman Siranian in attendance.
The Payroll & Accounts Payable manifests were signed.
Correspondence received was reviewed.
The Board approved an Intent to Excavate for Russell Jewell Sr.
911#'s were approved for Norton on Tewksbury Road, Begley on Kearsarge Mt Road, & Rucker on Messer Road.
Three building permits for new homes were approved: Fitzgerald on North Wilmot Road, Delia on Kearsarge Mt Road, & Cuevas on Wilmot Center Road.
A building permit for Nowell on Grafton Road for a cowshed was approved.
The Selectmen approved a building permit for the Wilmot Community Association to build a new Community Center on Village Road. The WCA ( Sumner Woodard representing the WCA) agreed to work with the Fire & Police Dept on plans for evacuation, parking & any other safety issues.
Walter Griffith met with the Board to discuss current use tax. He said he was happy with the answers he received & thanked the Board for their time.
