The meeting was called to order at 6:00PM with Chairman Huntoon, Selectman Lee & Selectman Siranian in attendance.
The Payroll & Accounts Payable manifests were signed.
Correspondence received was reviewed.
Building permit applications were approved for Perkins on Quiet Cove Way for a porch & deck, Begley on Kearsarge Mt. Road for a new home & Fassett on Campground Road for an addition.
The Selectmen met with Betsy Forsham regarding her mother’s property behind the Town Hall. The boundary line pins were moved when work was done at the Town Hall building. Ms. Forsham explained how to rectify the situation & will give us a recorded plan. The next step will be to have a deed written up & recorded.
The Board met with the Assessors to ask questions concerning a decision from the Board of Tax & Land Appeals.
Carl Szilagy met with the Board with questions regarding his current use lien tax.
Dianne Madden & Ralph Fitzgerald met with the Board to ask permission to put up a foundation before their septic approval. The Selectmen denied their request because Wilmot’s policy is to have an approved septic plan before the building permit can be approved.
Fire Chief Rick Gauthier & Doug Rayno met with the Selectmen to discuss their parking lot expansion. The Board referred them to the Planning Board.
The Board reviewed an elderly exemption from Paul McFarland but
was denied due to asset limitations.
The Board reviewed complaints from local residents. One complaint was
made by a phone call to the Selectmen’s office received at 1:04AM on
Wednesday June 30. The complaint was regarding setback issues.
