The meeting was called to order at 6:00PM with Selectman Lee and Selectman Siranian in attendance.
The Payroll & Accounts Payable manifests were signed.
Correspondence received was reviewed.
Building permit applications were approved for Brock on LaJoie Rd to renovate addition, Griffin to renovate stall on North Wilmot Road and Heim on Campground Road for two overhangs. A building permit application was denied for Begley on Kearsarge Mountain Road for a new home because of complications with a driveway permit from the State. A new application can be submitted at a later date.
The Board approved abatements for Miller, Sweet and Woodger. Errors were due to software conversion.
The Selectmen reviewed a petition from TDS for a cable and conduit license on Granite Hill Road. Granite Hill Road is in need of intensive work so the Selectmen wanted the Road Agent to review the petition before any decision is made.
The Selectmen reviewed and approved an agreement from the Office of Information Technology for the purpose of transacting on-line Municipal Agent Automation Project (MAAP) transactions. The State requires agents to sign this agreement to ensure data privacy and security and to minimize field support services by limiting risk caused by uncontrolled use of the State equipment or connectivity to the State infrastructure.
The Board discussed how the recycling was going at the Transfer Station. The Town saved over six hundred dollars in one month by recycling glass and paper. The recycling committee has been helping out at the transfer station but is in need more volunteers.
The Selectmen asked the Administrative Assistant to have the Road Agent submit paving quotes by the end of June.
