The meeting was called to order at 6:00PM with Chairman Huntoon and Selectman Lee in attendance.
The Payroll & Accounts Payable manifests were signed.
Correspondence received was reviewed.
A building permit application was approved for Lizotte on Bank Road for a deck.
The Selectmen met with Scott and Melissa Miller to discuss an error on their taxes due to the software conversion last year. The Board agreed to abate the overpayment with last year tax amount.
The Board reviewed applications for elderly exemptions from McFarland and Cooper. Cooper’s application was approved but McFarland needs one more statement to complete the application process.
Chairman Huntoon complained of an odd odor at the Firehouse. The Administrative Assistant will talk to the Fire Chief.
The painting of the Town Hall will be finished for the Wilmot Hidden Garden tours on June 19, 2004.
Two of the trees in the front of the Town Office will be moved to the Soldiers monument so the other trees can grow to their full potential.
