The meeting was called to order at 6:00PM with Chairman Huntoon, Selectman Lee and Selectman Siranian in attendance.
The Payroll & Accounts Payable manifests were signed.
Correspondence received was reviewed.
The Board reviewed the Treasurer’s Report for the month of February.
Wilmot Police Chief David White met with the Board to update them on police activity in town. They also discussed the funds available to the town from the homeland security grant.
The Selectmen chose Earls, Nieder and Perkins as the new Town’s assessors. They will do the permit pickups for 2004 and then begin the revaluation by November 2004.
The Board approved an Intent to Excavate submitted by Doug Rayno.
The Selectmen reviewed and approved building permits for Morse for a garage on North Wilmot Road and Bowman for a new house on Messser Road.
The MS-2 and MS-6 was reviewed and signed by the Board to forward to the Department of Revenue.
The Selectmen reviewed the list of Wilmot residents interested in the volunteer vacant positions on Town Boards. They will revisit the list at the next meeting due to the ads still running in the local newspapers.
The Selectmen discussed the progress of the Campground Road Bridge. All the contracts are signed; the Board is waiting on a start day for construction.
