The meeting was called to order at 6:00PM with Chairman Huntoon and Selectman Siranian in attendance.
The Payroll & Accounts Payable manifests were signed.
Correspondence received was reviewed.
The Board reviewed a memo from MuniSmart Software regarding training on April 1, 2004 for the new tax program. The Town Clerk/Tax Collector, her deputy and the Administrative Assistant will be attending. The Town Clerk/Tax Collector’s Office will be closed on that day.
The Selectmen met with Municipal Resources Inc and Earls, Nieder and Perkins to discuss Wilmot’s Revaluation. The two companies clarified their proposals and answered any questions for the Board and the Administrative Assistant. Chairman Huntoon explained that Selectman Lee had another meeting to attend but they would like to talk it over with him before a decision is made.
The Board approved an Intent to Cut submitted by John Clough.
E-911 #’s were approved and assigned to Gove/Atwood on 376 North Wilmot Road, Hobson on 46 Mt View Acres Rd and Savin on 78 Grace Road.
