The meeting was called to order at 6:00PM with Chairman Huntoon, Selectman Lee and Selectman Siranian in attendance.
The Payroll & Accounts Payable manifests were signed.
Correspondence received was reviewed.
Jim Rayno met with the Board to discuss a proposed warrant article for the Wilmot History Committee. The History Committee is planning on having a book of the History of Wilmot prepared for the Town’s Bicentennial.
Don Lucas met with the Selectmen on behalf of the Mascoma Valley Snow Travelers. The Snow Travelers Club would like permission to use some roads in Wilmot that are not maintained by the Town in the winter for use in part of their trail systems. The Board asked Mr. Lucas to specify which roads and they would consider granting permission.
A building permit was reviewed for Gove/Atwood on North Wilmot Road for a new home but the Board had a few questions to get answered before it could be approved.
The Board reviewed and approved a land use change for Dupuis on Breezy Hill Road.
The Board reviewed and approved an abatement for Sanborn of Pancake Street.
