The meeting was called to order at 6:00PM with Chairman Huntoon, Selectman Siranian & Selectman Thompson in attendance.
The Payroll & Accounts Payable manifests were signed.
Correspondence received was reviewed.
The Board signed the worker's compensation renewals.
The Selectmen reviewed a memo to the DRA from the tax collector stating what date the last tax bills were sent out.
The Board reviewed a letter from the Wilmot Road Agent stating that Deerwood Drive met all town specifications. The Selectmen voted 3-0 to accept Deerwood Drive, Phase II as a town road. The Wilmot Highway Department will be informed that they are responsible in maintaining the road.
The Board voted 3-0 to withdraw $5,000 out of NH Public Deposit Investment Pool from the road impact account for road repairs on Granite & Grace Road.
The Board met with all the department heads to go over their budgets.
The next Selectmen's meeting will be on January 11, 2006 at 6:00PM.
