Manifests were reviewed along with minutes from the previous meeting. Correspondence was reviewed.
Barbara Sanborn met with the board regarding the return of lots at Bunker Hill Cemetery.
Pam Burkhart was appointed to fill the vacancy of Bonney Teti’s term for the supervisors of the checklist through March. This position will be filled at the election in March.
The board accepted the resignation of Bob Levengood as health officer for the town.
Road agent Lee Ford was in to discuss the repairs he has done to Kearsarge Valley Road culverts. The town has applied to the state for an assessment of what needs to be done to upgrade the bridge and has not heard back as of yet.
Doug Long met with the board to express his thanks to Chief White for dealing with speeders on Kearsarge Valley Road.
The board reviewed information from Julie Morse regarding the status of the Farmer’s Market as a non-profit entity. The board will meet with Ms. Morse at the next meeting to determine the status and next steps to be taken.
Building permit for a garage at the Atwood property on Kearsarge Valley Road was signed.
Building permit for a new home on Jewell Road for Seinkiewicz was signed.
Pole permits were signed for the Vadurro property on Old Winslow Road.
The board discussed the need for a Capital Improvement Plan and reviewed information received from the Local Government Center. Discussion to be continued as more information is collected and read.
