The meeting was called to order at 6:00PM with Chairman Huntoon, Selectman Siranian & Selectman Thompson in attendance.
The Payroll and Accounts Payable manifests were signed.
Correspondence received was reviewed.
Police Chief David White met with the Board to discuss his recommendation of appointing Eric Westerberg for the Deputy Emergency Manager & appointing Tom Anderson as Sargent of the Wilmot Police Department. After some discussion the Board unanimously voted yes to the appointments.
Building permits were approved for Hill on Kearsarge Mt Rd. to build a tool shed & the Wilmot Community Center on Village Road to demolish the old Community Center.
The Board approved a request to buy a new server for the town offices. Microsoft no longer supports the operating system we have. We have had the server for over 6 years and the lifetime expectancy for computers/servers are 3 - 4 years.
The Selectmen agreed that there should be a sign on Granite Hill Road for "not a thru way". Neighbors are complaining about people turning around on their property.
Notices of intent to cut wood were approved for Bibb on Kimball Lane, Sliter on Campground Road & Feins at Ridgewood Commons.
A 911# for Northfield Oak on Kearsarge Mountain Road was approved.
