The meeting was called to order at 6:00PM with Chairman Huntoon, Selectman Siranian & Selectman Thompson in attendance. A Public hearing was held to consider adopting a policy in regards to appurtenances in town roads. There was no public in attendance. The Board voted unanimously to adopt the policy.
The Payroll and Accounts Payable manifests were signed.
Correspondence received was reviewed.
Lee Ford met with the Selectmen regarding paving projects for Shindagan Road & Evans Road & also improvements needed on Grace Hill & Granite Hill Road.
Marc Neider from CNP Appraisal & Assessing Services met with the Board to hand over the new values for the Town wide Revaluation. The Board signed an MS-1 Extension Request Form because the values were late.
The Board met with Tom and Bill Woodger to ask them about their business on Village Road. The Board reminded the Woodgers of the importance of not expanding a non-conforming use & they stated there has been no increase in their non-conforming use.
Timothy Shad, representing the Thomas' on Kearsarge Mt Road met with the Board to discuss the Thomas' Intent to Cut Wood notice. Shad brought plans to show the Selectmen.
Building permit applications were reviewed & approved for McGeagney on Clarke Road for a new home & Pascoe on Hobbs Hill Road for a garage.
The Board signed the 911 ALI Database Liason Appt form to appoint Rhonda Gauthier & Connie Aldrich as the liason between the town & Verizon for 911 numbers.
