The meeting was called to order at 6:00PM with Chairman Huntoon, Selectman Siranian & Selectman Thompson in attendance.
The Payroll and Accounts Payable manifests were signed.
Correspondence received was reviewed.
The Selectmen met with Paul Mercier, the town auditor to discuss the 2004 audit.
Eric Westerberg met with the Board to discuss his concerns with Grace Road.
The Board unanimously voted to hire HWM Renovations to re-roof the town hall & dining room roof provided that the town receives a certificate of liability insurance by August 4, 2005.
Building permit applications were approved for Capron for home renovations on Quaker Path, Ogmundson for an addition & deck on Breezy Hill Road & Thomas for an after the fact permit for three run in sheds on Kearsarge Mountain Road.
A building permit application for Bean for a modular home on Quaker Path was reviewed but put on hold waiting for an energy audit.
A notice of intent to cut wood was approved for MacDonald on Cross Hill Road.
The Board discussed the road repairs needed on Granite Hill and Grace Road. Selectmen Thompson will meet with the Road Agent to see what repairs are needed.
Bob & Griselda Stahlman, representing the Farmers Market met with the Selectmen to present & discuss the septic plan for the town office building. Also, Mr. Stahlman confirmed that the Market was not able to be covered by the town's insurance & mentioned that he had presented the Selectmen with a certificate of liability insurance a couple of weeks ago.
