The meeting was called to order at 6:00PM with Chairman Huntoon, Selectman Siranian & Selectman Thompson in attendance.

The Payroll and Accounts Payable manifests were signed.

Correspondence received was reviewed.

The Selectmen met with Barbara Sanborn representing the Cemetery Trustees.  The Board approved a request from the Trustees for $500.00 to help with the cost to repair a stone wall in Bunker Hill Cemetery & steps in White Pond Cemetery.

Gary Palumbo met with the Board briefly to let them know he had an interest in being an alternate for the Planning Board. His name will be added to the list.

Marion Trombly met with the Selectmen to discuss a letter she & her husband received in the mail from the Board.  The letter was asking if they were running a retail business because of the large amount of Gravely Tractors in their yard.  Mrs. Trombly said that her husband collects Gravely Tractors.  She said he does not repair or sell them.  They also discussed their veterans credit status & the Campground Road punch list.

The Board met with Janet Howe from the Historical Society to see if the Historical Society wanted to accept the property on North Wilmot Road.  The Town voted to give it to the Historical Society in 1992 but it was never followed through.  The Historical Society is not sure if they wanted to accept it because of upkeep & insurance. The Board gave them until January 2006 for an answer.

TDS Telecom met with the Board to discuss phone & power up to Granite Hill Road.  There are property owners who will not sign an easement so the Board suggested that they run the electric lines underground.  TDS will submit a proposal for the next meeting on August 3, 2005.

The Selectmen met with representatives of the Wilmot Farmers Market to inform them that because they split from a town committee & started a business that they will have to provide a certificate of liability insurance for the Farmer's Market.  The Board did agree that the town would still supply the porta potty during the farmer's market season.

Meeting adjourned at 9:00PM.
Respectfully submitted,

Rhonda L. Gauthier
Administrative Assistant
