The meeting was called to order at 5:30PM at the Campground Road Bridge with Chairman Huntoon, Selectman Thompson, Bill Rosignol from Holden Engineering, Mike Hansen from Hansen Construction & Lee Ford, the Wilmot Road Agent in attendance.
All of the people present went through the punch list that was created in April of 2005. Everyone agreed that all the work was completed except for two things. The grass seed did not take due to the rain & one tree looks like it is going to die. Mike Hansen agreed to come back in August & reseed the field & if the tree doesn’t look good he will get a new tree with no charge to the town.
The Selectmen returned to the Town Office at 6:15.
The Payroll and Accounts Payable manifests were signed.
Correspondence received was reviewed.
The Selectmen met with Fritz Giddings.
On motion of Selectman Huntoon, the Selectmen voted 2-0 to meet in non-public session pursuant to RSA 91-A: 3, II, (c).
Upon returning to public session, the Board voted 2-0 on motion of Selectman Huntoon, to seal the minutes pursuant to RSA 91-A: 3, III. No decisions were made during the non-public session.
The Board met with Bill Clough, a property owner on Grace Road; to discuss the improvements needed on Granite Hill & Grace Road.
The Board approved building permits for Pospychala on Jewell Road for a chicken coop & Northfield Oak on Kearsarge Mountain Road for a new home.
The Selectmen were informed that the Wilmot Farmers Market decided to go independent & form a business rather than a Wilmot Bandstand fundraiser.
