The meeting was called to order at 6:00PM with Chairman Huntoon and Selectman Thompson in attendance.
The Payroll and Accounts Payable manifests were signed.
Correspondence received was reviewed.
The Board approved a sign permit application for the Farmer's Market. The sign will be placed on the Wesson's property on the corner of Kearsarge Valley Road & Route 11. The sign can only be erected for 30 days according to the Wilmot Planning & Zoning Ordinances.
On motion of Selectman Huntoon, the Selectmen voted 2-0 to meet in non-public session pursuant to RSA 91-A: 3, II, (c).
Upon returning to public session, the Board voted 2-0 on motion of Selectman Huntoon, to seal the minutes pursuant to RSA 91-A: 3, III. No decisions were made during the non-public session.
The Board met with Road Agent Lee Ford to discuss road paving for this year & a complaint on a piece of property on Campground Road which was disturbed by the Campground Road Bridge project.
A building permit for Pospychala on Jewell Road for a chicken coop was put on hold until the Selectmen review the Planning & Zoning Ordinances.
A building permit for Northfield Oak on Kearsarge Mt Road for a new home was put on hold until the state approved a driveway permit.
The Board reviewed the 2004 audit & will invite the auditor to a Selectmen's meeting in August to clarify some reports.
The Selectmen signed the PA-16 to request the federal & state forestland reimbursement.
