The meeting was called to order at 6:00PM with Chairman Huntoon, Selectman Siranian, and Selectman Thompson in attendance.
The Payroll and Accounts Payable manifests were signed.
Correspondence received was reviewed.
Building permits were approved for Hauck on Pine Hill Road to enclose an existing porch, Bowman on Messer Road for a barn & Doolittle on Shindagan Road for a deck & a porch.
Building permits for Foote on Granite Hill Road & Northfield Oak on Kearsarge Mt Road were put on hold because they were incomplete.
The Board met with James Lindquist. He came in to inquire about buying his land back from the Town.
Fritz Giddings met with the Board to help find an appraiser to appraise land the Town may be interested in purchasing for the Transfer Station/Highway Garage.
Land Use Change Tax was assessed & approved by the Selectmen for Banerjee on Granite Hill Road.
The Selectmen denied a pole petition for Granite Hill Road.
The Board reviewed the NH Retirement rate increases.
The Selectmen reviewed a sign permit application for the Farmer's Market but put it on hold until they viewed the sign.
The new Town Hall application form was approved & will replace the old one immediately.
The Selectmen signed Timber Tax bills.
The Property Liability Insurance was renewed until 2008.
