The meeting was called to order at 6:00PM with Chairman Huntoon, Selectman Siranian & Selectman Thompson in attendance.
The Payroll & Accounts Payable manifests were signed.
Correspondence received was reviewed.
The Board met with Dana Dakin to discuss her future plans with her house on Campground Road. The Selectmen became aware that there is a business being conducted on her residential property without the proper permits & parking is becoming an issue. Ms. Dakin was given the proper paperwork to go before the planning board to get that rectified.
The Selectmen met with Deb Freyman to answer some questions she had concerning a road being built next to her property on Stonebridge Road. The Board informed Mrs. Freyman that the State is overseeing that project due to the wetlands but they do keep the Selectmen's Office updated.
The Selectmen approved building permits for Weatherbee on Granite Hill Road for an addition, Barthol on Falcons Ledge for a dormer, Brown on Eagle Pond Road for a manufactured home & Camp Wilmot was approved to repair/replace roofs on their buildings.
The Board approved a Notice of Intent to Cut for Grace on Rt. 4A.
The Board discussed their concerns about the dying sugar maple tree in the front of the Town Office. Administrative Assistant Gauthier will call Chippers, the tree specialist, to have them come back to fertilize & prune. Also there will be action taken to keep people from parking on the tree's roots.
The Selectmen were informed that the Town Office parking lot would be paved on Thursday April 28th & Friday April 29th.
