The meeting was called to order at 6:00PM with Chairman Huntoon & Selectman Siranian in attendance. Selectmen Lee was absent.
The Payroll & Accounts Payable manifests were signed.
Correspondence received was reviewed.
The Selectmen approved abatements for Norton on Tewksbury Road, the Wilmot Congregational Church & the North Wilmot Church.
The Selectmen asked the Administrative Assistant to invite Mark Neider from Commerford, Neider & Perkins to the April 6th meeting to discuss the interior inspections. Selectman Charles Thompson will be attending the April 6th meeting & will be sworn in before that time.
The Board agreed to allow the Tax Collector to receive prepayments on property taxes for 2005.
The Board agreed that Wilmot would not be participating in Hazardous Waste day this year because we did last year. We normally have it every 2 years & share some of the costs with New London. New London is not participating this year either.
There was some discussion on the delay of the mailing of the Town Reports. Next year we will have the printers do the mailing & that should allow residents to receive them much earlier.
