The meeting was called to order at 6:00PM with Chairman Huntoon, Selectman Lee & Selectman Siranian in attendance.
The Payroll & Accounts Payable manifests were signed.
Correspondence received was reviewed.
The Board reviewed the 2004 Wilmot/New London Perambulation. Laura Alexander, representing the New London Conservation Commission & Brian Faughnan representing the Wilmot Conservation Commission led the work. The highpoint of the perambulation was the discovery of two markers, which had not been seen since 1962.
A building permit for Nunes on Kearsarge Mountain Road was approved for a new home.
A pole license for Old Winslow Road was submitted by NHEC & approved by the Board.
The Selectmen signed the dispatch contract between the Town of Wilmot & the Town of New London.
Kelsie Lee met with the Board to show them some plans she drew up for a playground next to the Baseball Field. She wanted to ask the Board for help with getting some nice plans drawn up so she could submit her idea at Town Meeting. The Administrative Assistant will help contacting some people for Miss Lee.
Joyce Lichty, the Wilmot Tax Collector met with the Selectmen to inform them that she will be going on line with the State for Vital Statisics. This will allow residents to get information on births & deaths through her office even if it happened in another town in New Hampshire.
