Chief David White met with the Selectmen to ask if the Board would consider paying the second half of the bill for the hazard mitigation emergency plan. After some discussion, Selectman Levengood made motion to pay from the General Government Building budget, Selectman Morse seconded and the board voted 3-0 to pay the bill from that account.

Correspondence reviewed:
· Northeast Resource - An electronic recycling training on December 13, 2006 that Connie Aldrich will attend representing the transfer station committee.
· Eckman Engineering - Taylor subdivision revised plan on Cross Hill Road
· Town of Springfield - Ann and Marc Davis' survey by Pierrre Bedard showed that the Chickerings cabin is in Springfield, not Wilmot. A perambulation needs to be done for Springfield/Wilmot. The Board asked the Administrative Assistant to invite Pierre Bedard to the next Selectmen's meeting.
· Carla Marshall - library items/issues brought to light by a conference with the state.
· CASA -(A non-profit organization that helps fund children's advocates for abused or neglected children) request for funding from Wilmot for 2007.
· Danbury Planning Board - proposal submitted for a multi-phase cluster subdivision for Ragged Mountain Resort.
The Board had some discussion on the proposed subdivision that Green Crow
submitted to the Danbury Planning Board. The Board determined that the entire
Board of Selectmen should be at the Danbury Planning Board meeting on December
12, 2006 to represent the Town of Wilmot.
The Board reviewed the revised contract from Holden Engineering and voted 3-0 to
send it to the town attorney for his professional opinion.
The Board reviewed information on American Liberty Elm Trees the town received
by email. The town will receive a free elm tree for the bicentennial if 3 people will
purchase one. The Board asked the Administrative Assistant to forward the
information to the Conservation Commission to see if they were interested in
purchasing any trees or had any ideas.
The Board reviewed the solid waste contract and the changes that the town attorney
suggested. The Selectmen voted 3-0 to send the contract to Waste Management so
they can make the final changes.
The next Selectmen's meeting will be on December 6, 2006, at 6:00PM.
Meeting adjourned at 8:30PM.
Respectfully submitted,
Rhonda L Gauthier,
Administrative Assistant
