The meeting was called to order at 6:00PM with Chairman Thompson, Selectman Levengood, Selectman Morse and Administrative Assistant Rhonda Gauthier in attendance.
The minutes from October 18, 2006 were approved as written.
The Payroll & Accounts Payable manifests were signed.
The Board met with Wendy Munn and appointed her as deputy health officer.
Kelsie and Richard Lee met with the Selectmen to give an update on the progress of the Wilmot Recreation Area. The Lee's also mentioned that volunteers are needed for the Recreation Committee.
The Board met with Renell L'Huillier from the attorney office of Devine Millimet. Ms. L'Huillier was there to explain the legal process of obtaining municipal bonds.
Correspondence reviewed:
· DES - The verification of a complete application for Bean on Stonebridge Road.
· Wilmot Conservation Commission - Their concerns and questions regarding the Bean's wetland permit application on Stonebridge Road.
· Department of Transportation - The construction application and consultant approval for Kearsarge Valley Road Bridge.
· Wilmot Town Treasurer - A request to transfer funds from the New Hampshire Deposit Pool to the town's general funds to pay for road impact fees as town voted at town meeting on March 2006.
The Board approved 911 #'s for Banergee and Schamel on Granite Hill Road.
The Selectmen approved the contract for health and short term disability benefits.
On motion of Selectman Morse, the Selectmen voted 3-0 to meet in non-public session pursuant to RSA 91-A: 3, II (d).
Upon returning to public session, the Board voted 3-0 on motion of Levengood, to seal the minutes pursuant to RSA 91-A: 3, III.
The Board signed a notice of intent to excavate for Russell Jewell on Route 11.
The Board reviewed an excavation plan for Travis Smith on Campground Road. The Board needs more information before making a decision on the project.
The next Selectmen's meeting will be on November 15, 2006, at 6:00PM.
