The meeting was called to order at 6:00PM with Selectman Levengood, Selectman Morse and Administrative Assistant Rhonda Gauthier in attendance.
Selectman Morse read the reason for the public hearing on whether to accept funds from the federal government, FEMA1643-DR-NH, in the amount of $73,659.13 representing the federal share and administrative costs for damages to Wilmot roads under the disaster that was declared May 31, 2006.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider whether or not there is an occasion to accept these funds. Selectman Morse asked for public input without response from the public. Selectman Levengood moved to accept the FEMA funds, seconded by Selectman Morse, unanimous vote to accept funds.
