The meeting was called to order at 6:05PM with Selectman Levengood, Selectman Morse and Administrative Assistant Rhonda Gauthier in attendance.
The Board reviewed the bids for solid waste removal from Gobin Disposal and Waste Management. Waste Management's bid was extremely lower. Selectman Levengood made a motion to accept Waste Management's bid. Selectman Morse seconded the motion. Waste Management will start servicing the town on December 1, 2006.
Liz Kirby met with the Board to update them on the Soldiers Monument. The statue will be done in the next couple of months. The Board gave Mrs. Kirby the okay to keep the statue in the town office until it can be placed back at the monument site. Mrs. Kirby also asked if the forms can be kept at the office for people to purchase a brick which will be part of the design for the soldier's monument site. The form will also be place on the town's website.

Decosta for an addition on Stearns Road
Holdsworth for a new home on Messer Road
Hastings for two decks on North Wilmot Road
Brody for a porch at Camp Kenwood
The Selectmen signed a notice of intent to cut timber for Eaton on Kearsarge Mountain Road.
The Board reviewed a notice of intent to excavate for Smith on Campground Road. The Selectmen put it on hold for further information.
A pistol permit was signed and the warrant for the election on November 7, 2006.

Daniel Crean is resuming his practice in municipal law.
Public Service of New Hampshire sent the town a street light inventory.
The Payroll & Accounts Payable manifests were signed.
