The meeting was called to order at 6:00PM with Chairman Thompson, Selectman Levengood and Administrative Assistant Rhonda Gauthier in attendance.
The Payroll & Accounts Payable manifests were signed.
At 6:01, a motion was made by Selectman Levengood to go into
non-public session per RSA 91-A:3 to meet with Mary Kay Huntoon to
discuss the vacancy on the Board of Selectmen, seconded by Chairman
Thompson. The Board returned to public session at 6:10 with no
decision made.
At 6:15, a motion was made by Selectman Levengood to go into
non-public session per RSA 91-A:3 to meet with John Morse to
discuss the vacancy on the Board of Selectmen, seconded by Chairman
Thompson. The Board returned to public session at 6:25.
The Board discussed the two candidates for Selectmen and even
though both are well qualified the Board voted unanimously to
appoint John Morse to fill the vacancy on the Board until March 2007
election.
